The Delta Humane Society & S.P.C.A:
The Mission of the Delta Humane Society & S.P.C.A. is to promote the humane treatment of animals and to promote the bond of caring between humans and animals. Society provides shelter, care, and adoption services for misplaced pets. Society also strives to educate and make the county's citizens aware of their responsibilities in the crisis of pet overpopulation.
The Delta Humane Society & S.P.C.A has accommodations for 200 pets and place approximately 600 animals into new homes each year. Society also provides shelter, medical care and adoption services to abandoned, lost and misplaced pets.

Pets and Pals:
The shelter is a non-profit organization, which receives no government funding of any kind at any level. It operates strictly on private donations.The shelter houses animals in need of good homes. While the shelter houses mostly dogs and cats, it also has been instrumental in finding appropriate homes for horses, mules, rabbits, pigs, birds, and a variety of others.

People for Pets:
People for Pets is non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, aid and adoption of homeless animals in the city of Tracy. Societies mission is to provide caring, loving homes for pets through adoption and to increase public awareness of the importance of spaying and neutering as a means to limit the number of unwanted pets.
